new mustang design
This past weekend I was sitting around my dorm and was thinking of what I could do to my 2000 V6 Mustang in the future. I decided to turn my car into a project car, but not until some time into the future. I love my car, except for the fact that it's a V6, but it's what I was able to afford. Anyway, I decided to redesign my mustang. All I've done so far is the exterior, but I'm not quite done with it yet. I still need to draw from the top perspective and from the sides. This is just a starting point, but it is also something I would love to be able to do to my car someday after college. I also need everyone's help. My drawing is only pencil on paper, no color yet. I wanted to get some thoughts on what everyone out there thinks would look really nice on the car. Any color scheme input is appreciated. I just can't decide. Also, the custom body kit I designed... the front fascia looks like the '08 Shelby Cobra GT500KR, but suited to fit the 2000 model. Just some slight modifications. For the rear fascia I drew inspiration for that design from the SVT Cobra, 2005+ models, and Saleen S281 car model and just came up with something. I'd just like to know what people think of what I came up with, maybe get some input and modify the design a bit in the future. More pictures will be coming soon of the interior design, the rest of the exterior design, and possible under the hood modifications I'd like to incorporate into the car. Again, this is just my idea... a dream of something I'd like to one day be able to afford to do. If this post would be better suited to be in another part of the forum, let me know and I can change it up so I can get more people looking and commenting and adding their thoughts and ideas.
