a few things to keep in mind..that car was built by an aftermarket company, not by chrysler corporation...the new owners of chrysler have already stated that there is no intention to revive the plymouth name (the cuda was a plymouth for those who dont know), and I would be pretty surprised to see his car return, although it has been rumored for a while now...i got a bunch of pictures of the car this past week, including engine bay shots, and the shaker is functional...
also,i dont see chrysler corp selling any cars that are entirely carbon fiber any time soon...
however, if it comes down to this or the challenger, i would probably take the cuda...
here is a link to my cuda pictures..

also, in the next few days, ill have pictures of the mustangs from the show, including the FR500S and GT, as well as the new super snake, along with a wide variety of the mustangs from the show...

Interesting, kinda looks like a new Challenger concept with a different hood and some aftermaeket, like the kind you see at Wal-mart, fog lights added on. [&:]
I wonder if we will ever see Plymouth again?

I believe that it was right after the Cerberus acquisition, Chrysler announced that there was no intention to bring back the Plymouth brand name. There had been a ton of rumors, partially based on the Cuda rumors, that Plymouth would be coming back, but Chysler seemed to want that put to rest...so who knows. I would be VERY surprised, because the last thing that any of the Big Three needs is another brand to carry.

I heard the same thing from one of the guys in the Chrysler booth.
It looks like the main theme of the concept car came from the 71 cuda (G-Force) that was built for Bob Johnson , by Alan Johnson's Hot Rod Shop In Gadsden Alabama.
That car sold at Barrett Jackson this year for $535,000.00. The Cuda was debuted again on
"Life on the Block" episode which premiered on SPEED channel last night
at 9:00PM EST.It will be shown again.
you can see the G-Force Cuda at www.g-forcecuda.com
