I have a 2005 mustang, and after seeing the 2010 Im happy I have an 05. I really like the front of the 2010 but the back of the mustang in my opinion is awful.

I really really like microsoft sync package that it has. Additionally, the interior features surpass that of the 05-09 stangs. Other than that I believe its an over rated stang. Its only good if you got a good deal on an 2010 and/or you bought one before you knew about the 5.0 that will be arriving in MAY

In my situation I didn't have the option to wait... I lady ran a red light totaled my G35 I needed a car asap... I got a great deal on my 2010 Mustang GT and didn't know the 5.0 was coming out till I came on this website... But you know every time I turn the key in the morning and get on the gas the same smile comes to my face. I bought it as an improvement over my G35 and guess what it is... faster, better interior, better looking outside. Sure it would have been cool to have a 5.0 with a 6 speed, but my measly 4.6L with a 5 speed satisfies me just fine. It pisses me off that all these articles came out with the 2010 calling it the best Mustang ever and now the articles are like how can you buy a 2010 with the 5.0 coming around the door. The 2010 is a great Mustang and has its place.

IMO, the 2010+ Stangs look better at every angle except for the rear. The shape of the front, the contours of the side, the curvaceous hips. I love it all. And even the rear can look right with just a couple of aesthetic mods. The interior? No contest........2010+ hands down. It's simply the finest S197 specimen to date. I love my 05...don't get me wrong. But if someone offered to even swap my 05 for a shiny new 5.0 with all the options I want.........the 05 would be gone in an instant.

Ford did a great job with the 2010 and with everyone saying the 2011 is better and everyone should have waited....well that might be true for some, but not everyone needs 400+ hp. Some people are happy with the 2010 and some can say they got a great deal.

I like the 2010 but I have a 2005 with 50k Miles on it and I am hoping I can make it last another 4 years for the 50th anniversary model...that would be my 10th mustang.

we that have the 2010 are very fortunate as owners: we have a NAV/GPS option that take some getting used to, seq. tailights, much better interior, and an auto that FORD has done there best to achive a happy customer. I am now with that group with 2.978mi and NO problems at all..now if I could just learn all the inputs of the NAV unit I would be a happier FORD owner. Happy miles to all .. and keep those wheels down....robert
