False. You can hear those blowers at stock boost but that car probably just has a smaller pulley and possibly ported. Those 2 with an intake would make for one loud blower.

Ive heard from someone that cop cars all have headers, racing chips and custom exhausts and a few more goodies.

BS its all stuff done from factory yes some models have the cobra engines or the hemi or srt8 motors but most of them have a stock motor with just a special tune from factory to remove the speed limitor but not the rev limitor

ya that car was in a mag last year.. i remember reading about it cuz we did a crown vic at my tech school last year like that but it was a caprice with the junk chevy motor in it.. didnt run bad but nothing like that
