but i think it is definatley cooler to have a modded to all hell , then a lightly modded gt

naw drop it wouldnt be, once you mod a v6 to hell and you run out of things to do, it gets boring, whereas if you buy a GT its more expensive so you'll still have stuff to do. also a modded to hell GT will always be faster than a modded to hell sixer</P>

Bigger engine+ same money as small engine = Quite a bit faster.</P>

I dont have the money to swap engines so i have to work with what i have so what can i do to jack the horse power a bit

Why would you wanna put diferent tail lights on a mustang. I too am guessing that all your friends have imports and they all have the clear tail-lights. What i would do is go get a really big nitrous kit, build the motor a tad and shoot insane amousnt of nitrous.<IMG src=smileys/smiley1.gif border="0">

only different tail lights i'd be doing is if i got a 94-95 5.0 i would get the 96-98 tail lights cause the vertical ones look better than horizontal.

Just throw the juice to it until it blows. then worry about a different combination.
