When I am driving down the street and I pull the e-brake all the way all I do is slow down. Are the rear wheels supposed to lock when you do this, or is this normal?

Your rear brakes could need to be serviced, or the cable is stretched a lot.

I tested that out in my 03 GT and the same thing happened. I was hoping to get the *** end to slide out around a corner. It seems easier to just punch it if you wanna get a side slide in there.

99droptop.....u think I'm kidding?? LOL..... I DONT have rear brakes......they went out about 5 months ago, I'm not replacing them yet because I plan to do a BAER 4 to 5 lug conversion soon and it would be just a waste of $$.
