say goodby to the white Astro!
Hey guys, for the past 2 years i've been driving the family hand-me-down which was a chevy astro... (yeah i picked up some chicks with that beast... lol). and the time came to buy a new car with all the extra graduation and scholarship money that i got over the summer. after heavily debating between a srt-4 and a gt, i was lucky to cross paths with an older woman who was selling her "weekend" driver which was a '99 35th limited edition silver coupe gt. I was more than thrilled when i drove it home for $11k with only 30k miles on it. Its a beauiful car in mint condit. and the limited accents are what sold me to the stang.
So to make a long story short, i love the car and i can't wait to push the car to it's true potential, and i'm glad yall are all here to help. I'm almost done saving for a sq v-2 trim or a novi 2000, haven't really decided yet... thats my first project and is top priority. down the road i wanna put in some 4.10s, tri-ax, long tube, o/r h-pipe, and some other little things for all the horsepower i can get. I'm looking foward to this never ending project of modding my car
oh yeah and my ultimate goal, is to make a cobra killer!
since i didn't have enough to buy one... Yall have a good day !

Welcome to the forums Phirantes...congrats on your new purchase...sounds like a nice one...after you buy your supercharger your gonna still have to buy some extras to keep your Supercharger up to speed like Injectors, high flow fuel pump, bigger MAF is good...etc...but if ya have any questions don't hesitate to ask

welcome aboard. and with all the $$ you saved up, youre still gonna need injectors, bigger maf, etc, etc. why dont you just take that money, and get a full exhaust, gears, subframe connectors and some lower control arms. intake, heads, "little" stuff like that. but, nothing wrong w/ a s/c either.
