Default Hello,

I drive a Subaru that I'm keeping, but Mustangs, which have a cool heritage, really interest me these days. I'm just going to lurk and search so I can learn a bit before I purchase and start modding my own.

Peace,
JD

Default bang-for-the-buck potential

Thanks for the welcome, everyone.

While I do understand the IRS becomes a weak link as power is added, I'm certain I'd like to start with an '03 Cobra for many reasons including its price, engine, and tranny.

I really want to do many searches before asking questions. So at this point I'm just guessing that -- if I eventually upgrade to a KB or Procharger -- an axle swap may be in order.
