Smile Got my 2013 V6 last weekend!

Hi fellow mustang enthusiasts!

I've been dreaming to get a mustang from like 8 months now. I was able to get it finally. Very excited now.

It'd be great if you can offer some tips on how to fine tune the engine and offer advice on getting a better mpg rather than my 13.5 mpg! It is advertised as 19 city and 31 highway. It'd be nice if I could atleast get around 20 mpg average.
Thanks in advance!

Your MPG will improve during break in. I started at about 14 MPG now I'm at 20. If you have a manual you can improve your MPG by shifting 1st, 3rd, 5th as well.

Welcome. Wow 13 seems odd. I'm getting 35 right now HWY and even when I'm in town I sit between 20.4 and 21. Doing what Sleeper says helps..

Well I hope I get upwards of 30+ on the highway, my V6 did 23 on the dealer tank and is holding 25 on my last tank. Still that is a big diff from the TDI which was 42 (but boring box) or even the Miata which was 30 every day
