Default 94 Mustang GT

I am looking at a 94 mustang gt to buy for $3500. It's got the 5.0. It has over 183k miles but he said he freshened it up when he took it apart to put in the E303cams, ford racing hardened pushrods, and hydraulic roller lifters, all the cam stuff such as timing chain, etc. and it has 3.73 gears with off-road h pipe into flowmasters. I was wondering if this would be a good buy and are these slow? I hear they are pretty slow but easy and cheap to add performance parts. He also has a couple YouTube videos

sounds pretty cheap....I'd say go look at it, test drive it and then use your best judgement

Welcome. The only thing about the 94-95s is they are the bastard child of the 5.0 family. Most parts are the same but stuff like intake, pcm tune, etc is a 2 year only thing. But hey I'm happy with mine.

I like the idea of a sn95 with the 5.0 b/c you (or I, if I were to buy one) could build a nice stroked 331 or 347 for it... Talk about a rocket!
