Default 1968 Mustang Coupe

hey guys, im new here. Im a 27 year old disabled army veteran. I built my 1968 Mustang coupe with my dad over a period of 18 years. its got a built 351C, not sure of the HP its never been on a dyno. The engine has about 2 hours on it and less that 10 miles. Im just finishing up the final touches on her and she should be done in the next 2 days. Here's some pics of her.

Welcome and a very nice job. Doesn't it feel great to do a project with you dad? I think you just gave a great tribute to him. Great job.

I've always had a huge soft spot in my heart for the 67-68 Mustang since the 67 I had way back when. I only had it a couple of years but was my favorite car I've ever had. I love the one I have now but I would also love to have my 67 again. Welcome aboard. You and your dad did a great job on that 68.

Beautiful Mustang. Is that a copper color? I owned a 67 coupe in high school and still kick myself for selling it.

Welcome and thank you for your military service.

Thanks guys i appreciate the warm welcome! LimeGT the color is called Atomic Orange. It came on 2006 and up Corvettes. When we had it mixed there was yellow metal flake added to brighten it up quite a bit and it was sprayed over the top of a yellow basecoat. The highlights on the body lines are bright and beautiful while the lowlights are deep looking. My dad has an eye for what colors look good one certain vehicles and he nailed it on the Mustang i think.

Just found out that my 351C is a Q-code which technically makes it a 351 CJ (Cobra Jet) not much different other than the Cam. Cool to know though!
