One more question - I am also looking at a 1999 GT Convertible with 42,000 miles. Dealer checked it out and it has very few issues. My only concern is that while it has ABS, it does not have traction control. I have never driven a real wheel drive and this is going to be my first Mustang - any concerns with NOT having Traction control?

Thanks!

Question - any issues if the car doesn't have traction control?

Welcome to the forum. And your right foot is a fine traction control option.

Welcome to the forum. I would go for the GT if the price is right.
