Hello from the Gulf Coast
Yeah, new member here on the Gulf Coast of MS.
The Car: 2012 V6, stick, pretty much base model.
The Mods so far: Bama street tune, Borla Touring axle-backs, K&N drop-in filter, SR front shock tower brace. And (drum roll please) go-faster stripes, uh-huh!
The Drive: Daily 25 mile open-road commute, 24 mpg. Occasional I-10 runs to FL, 30+ mpg.
Why a Mustang: It's a good daily driver. It's fun. My boneheaded bike buddy is still wondering what's under the hood after I smoked him and his Corvette in a traffic-clogged 5 pm rush hour rat race.
Other: mountain biker, hiker, ham radio operator, and four or five other things. Several other Mustangs in the family.
Bonus: Sound system is shockingly good for stock. Fold down the back seat and it'll haul a mountain bike and a weekend's worth of camping gear. I was stunned.

Thanks folks! I actually do have a few tech questions, which I’ve posted over at the V6 forum (link: https://mustangforums.com/forum/3-7l...ml#post8484908 ).
In the meantime, thanks for the welcome. Seems like a pretty cool forum.
