Hi there! Last year I realized that driving wasn't what it used to be, so I sold my hybrid import and bought an 01 GT convertible. I had a 66 hardtop when I was 16 (my dad was truly this girl's best friend!), and now I have the thrill of driving back. I love the speed and power and then top is rarely up. So far I've had the engine overhauled and put in a new oil pump. After having all the other maintenance and repairs done (new top, new leather in the seat, 3rd brake light, all new brakes), I'm ready to go for new shock, struts, and tires, which lead me here. What a great resource! I can't wait to get started. Please feel free to offer me any advice to make my daily driver the smoothest ride ever.

Pics, or course! Will do! As for any concerns about warranty, well, this car's way past warranty. I just like driving it more than working on it, and I'm not a mechanic anyway. I am great at waxing and detailing, though.

Some people put quotes like I have, others put no larger than 500x250 pics of their cars, and maybe a list of mods done to the car.
