Default Electrical problem

I have a 1972 Mustang convertible and none of the marker lights are working. Fuses are good There was a faint noise that seem to have come from the dash area. I have a wiring diagram and I really don't see a fuseable link or something like that. Any ideas are helpful

Is there power at the marker lights ?

Welcome to the forum by the way, and this should really be in the Tech section. There's one specific to classic Mustangs.
