car up for inspection

i have an 04 mustang and it is way up for an inspection. it won't pass through the new jersey state dmv so i was hoping someone knows of any shops that could get my car to pass? i have some of the basic mods done like exhaust.... any help would be great... thanks

shoulda kept your stock parts for testing.... thats what us smart guys do

yeaaa, i guess you smart guys must have alot of time on your hands because that would take a considerable amount of time. thanks for the help pal.
