Just got ripped off $1250 for the Tremec TKO600 he had advertised for sale! He is also known as CD performance in FALLRIVER, MA. He will not return the police phone calls but continues to try and sell more of these transmissions than he says he has over the internet but will not return calls or awnser his phone, not even to the police. Be aware he has many ads placed, he sounds good on the phone, but he won't awnser it now that the police are on to him. I will update this thread on the outcome!

that sucks man sorry to hear that it seems like alot of people are getting ripped off on here lately, it really sucks makes me second think buying something from somebody on here.

When the police tried to contact him he did'nt respond untill after he talked to me. He tried to sell me another trans. on the same site, but we used another name. He called me yesterday morning and told me he ca'nt ship the trans. COD. Imagine, he told me last Wednesday it was shipped and now they wo'nt ship COD. So he wants me to pay the $90.00 to ship it upfront while he has my $1250.00 in his sisters acct.,or he wo'nt ship it. I told him it is'nt a money matter anymore, I think I gonna get a picture in a box now! I will let the police determine what should happen now! I told him IF I recieve this trans the way it was sold to me I would print a total retraction. This guy is a performance shop called CD PERFORMANCE in FALLRIVER,MA.
If there is anyone in that area that could help me out let me know. I live in TORONTO,CAN and I am tiried of dealing with these DEADBEATS!
