so this iss a 3v long block?? if its a shortblock then any mod motor can use it. And a 17cc dish piston on a 3v is more like 8.5 to 1 , NOT 9 to 1. on a 2v it would sit at 9.6 to 1 comp and a 4v would be at 8.5 to 1 compression. i cant believe the post from 35anngt?? ANY MOD MOTOR CAN USE THIS BADASS SHORTBLOCK GUYS!!! with the new 3v aluminum block the only diff is the motor mounts on the blocks side, and MMR sells adapters that make it work just fine in a GT or cobra.u can use your oil pump and pan and all timing stuff and heads on it for sure.
