Default Spyder 4" aluminum driveshaft with pinion flange

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $450
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: S197
Location (State/Prov): CA
Item Condition: Used

I'm selling my spyder 4" aluminum 1 piece driveshaft. just bought a house and decided to call it quits with the mods for now and would rather use this money towards my home. took my car to it's limit (or as far as I felt safe) so now I'm parting some parts out and returning to almost stock. this was a great mod and I experience NO vibration or problems with it since install. these retail for about $700 now but I'll let mine go for $450 plus shipping and will include a BMR driveshaft safety loop also. so driveshaft / pinion flange/ safety loop all for that price. it's still on my car but will get removed Thursday or Friday morning if someone is interested. let me know. shipping from CA 93313

Whats the estimated weight on this driveshaft? I can pretty much guess on the shipping container size but I am at a loss for weight. Was this really a big performance gain for you? I am modding my car a little at a time before I drop the supercharger on it and at the track this last weekend they said a driveshaft was a good investment.

im pretty sure the weight is around 21-23 pounds for the driveshaft. huge difference from stock driveshaft. it's one of the first mods i would do on a car. i did cai, gears, then driveshaft and think thats a very good investment. lots less rotating mass and stronger driveshaft than the stock 2 piece.
