I am 99% sure it is a narrowband. It is the same brand and style as this:

What color is steering wheel?

The steering wheel is black. It is just the standard vinyl wheel, but it is in perfect shape.

Does it incude the pad in the center also if so I will take it.

Not sure what you mean by the pad in the center. If you mean the horn/air bag it does not include that.
