Eaton m90 on 5.0
Was searching ebay today looking for a blower or turbo kit for christmas, and I came upon an eaton m90 from and old thunderbird supercoupe. I was wondering if anyone has ever put one on a 5.0. Im pretty sure it would be possible with a different intake manifold but does anyone really know?? Some good input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

It's possible, but you wouldn't gain much hp, you'd be better off bolting on an aftermarket blower.

RE: Eaton m90 on 5.0
I posted a video that I shot on another thread on here a couple months ago of a M90 powered 5.0. BBK used to make a kit with the M90 for the 5.0s. The car in the video linked below had a custom fabbed kit, but was built very similarly to the BBK. I forget the guys name, but he was in college and co-oping for Ford.
BBK no longer markets the kit though. Might be able to find one used.
It all depends on what you're looking for. The Eaton is where it's at for tons of low-end torque and durability. Not to mention you can come by used ones pretty inexpensively on eBay.

There was a picture someone posted on here a week or two ago with a guy with 2 m90's bolted on to his 5.0, it looked crazy, if you look through the 5.0 section you might still be able to find it, I don't think you would want to do it but cool to see

Are you talking about this car?
If so, this is Mike Sitar's supercharged T-Bird. It was a twin M90'd 351W that eventually ran low 10s. He's still got the setup sitting on the shelf somewhere. Mike's a close friend and co-worker. I've known him for about 10 years and he helped me build my old twin turbo 460 project and I've helped him from time to time on his projects.
The car made unreal amounts of torque and, although he's built 9-second turbo and centrifugal supercharged rides since then, I don't think anything has had as much torque off the line or would launch as hard as the twin supercharged 'Bird. Very few cars can pull the front tires off the ground on the street, but I'm pretty sure this one would.
