no no no.. at an idle they are quiet. Any gas you give it and they will scream. They will be a lot louder on the 4V though. My flowmasters werent that loud at idle either. I would go with packs if I were you.

no packs are straight through, you can see through them and are loud as hell
magnaflows are s shaped and kinda straight through but are alot quiter, they do get loud when you get on it though

no. Magnaflow is the company and magnapacks is a version of muffler that they offer that have a better sound than the regular "magnaflow" mufflers.

I have to agree with MD. There is a minor hp difference and the flows give a deeper sound, like a real musclecar should. Magnaflows arent bad though, and they are stainless steel too. Borla just plain sucks.

My Magnapacks were loud at idle, they are just so deep it sounds quiet to the ignorant ear.
Also, my Magnapacks just sounded 50,000 times better than my Flows, but the MA registry didn't like it and now I'm stuck with the quiter, crappier mufflers. [&:]
