Default RE: timing or something else?

I am really not quite sure. However, I'll leave a few suggestions. Check to make sure all tubes are hooked up and on tight. Any air escaping after the MAF will lead to the car running bad. Clean your MAF and make sure it is hooked up tight. What kind of spark plugs are you running? If they are stock, that could be one of the problems. Check to make sure all spark plug wires are snug on the plugs. How does the car drive normally without stomping on the accelerator? Check your timing you should be at least 10 degrees or below. Clean off any residue build up on the battery terminals. What is your fuel system like? If stock you could have fuel starvation. However I doubt that is the problem. Your fuel filter could also be dirty. These are just a few suggestions to get you on the right path
