i bought an 04 mustang roush stage 2. it has the stage 3 supercharger an exhaust intake and the tune. I want to add alot more power to my car but i really dont know what would be the next best thing to put in it. I'm aiming for like 600 horsepower and the guy i got it from said it has around 450-500 hp but i dont know how true it is. Can anybody help me ?

Going with more fuel won't get you a performance gain unless you're limited on how much boost or how high of rpm you can run because of it. If your injectors are enough right now, swapping to bigger wont help.
The smaller the pulley, the more boost it's going to produce to a point. In all cars, you get more power by either getting more air/fuel into the cylinders or by reducing the losses that the engine requires. Porting the heads for example will allow them to flow more air, a better flowing lower intake, air charge cooler (makes the air less dense so more air is going into the cylinders). Cams that open the valves more or are more toward high end power. All the same the supercharger could be upgrade, I don't know how well the roush superchargers flow & what inlet/outlet designs are.
Honestly you're probably better off asking this question in the 4.6 section rather than here.
