Default Intercooler!

Ok the s281 engine i have has the series 2 blower ontop with a radiator between it and the intake manifold, this radiator has tubes that are supposed to connect with a second radiator/intercooler which will be hooked up to an overflow tank and a pump, obviously. all im looking for is the intercooler pump and overflow tank. where can i find an intercooler for my application (96 gt) ? ive looked everywhere, and i dont need an aftercooler, but i do need the pump and overflow tank. thanks!

It's definetly an air/water. It would be hard to run an air/air with a roots or twin screw type supercharger without using some intake pipes. Could be done, but it would be hard & not very efficient.

yeah its air/water. air/air just aint doable. its getting to the point where i might just get the 8psi pully and run it without the intercooler untill i figure something out.

those s/c heat up quick
i wouldnt run it at all without some sort of tuning. i would go get a intercooler and heat exchanger from a wrecked Tbird and a overflow tank from summit.

You definetly shouldn't skip this part. The intercooler will add alot of power. Running an intercooled 5psi setup would put out the same power as a 8psi non intercooled setup.

if you don't do it for power do it for safety
