Default power Problems

I have a 04 gt with Full exhaust, edelbrock victor jr intake manifold, mmr sheet metal upper, 42lb injectors, edlelbrock rails, 255 pump, KB BAB, Vortech V1 S-Trim w/ 3.33 pulley, 3 core front mount Intercooler. Ive had this thing dynoed and it only produced 350rwhp at "10 lbs" i was looking around to see if I can find leaks and I found that the BOV at idle is pissing a **** load of air and the vaccum line for boost gauge is ran off of the BOV is well so Im wondering if it is making 10 lbs at the BOV and not at the motoe because of a possible Boost Leak. This is my setup.
This is the cheap BOV.

Did you use the red race blow off valve?

I have my oild breather caps on the valve covers and I noticed that the one is turning black on the driver side head and they are red new and the other still looks perfect.

It was tuned and everything, we started at like 730 am and worked on it until about 3 looking for reasons why this thing isnt performing like it should. Hes a good tuner and he has a 1000rwhp turbo notch. He didnt even charge me for tuning it because he cant find out what the hell is going on with this thing.
