Default GT catback on a V6

I have many friends with Mustangs, some in better shape than others.

Friend 1 just bought a used 04 v6(it's not a lame *** 3.8, this it's a big old 3.9 lol)
a big step up from his 97 corolla, and he wants to mod it.

Friend 2 just wrecked his 98 GT. Not totaled, but darn close.
Lots and lots of bolt ons, including the pypes Cat-back.

Can the pypes GT cat-back fit the V6?(with appropiate x pipe of coarse)

with an appropriate midpipe or some sort of fabrication work, yes it will work. 1 of 2 things will have to happen though. he needs either a GT bumper with the exhaust cutouts, or he can take a dremel and do a hack job on his own (i dont reccomend this one but if your friend doesnt mind looking like white trash...), or an exhaust shop should be able to bend the tips down to fit below the v6 bumper.

edit: and thats assuming it wasnt bent up in the wreck.

He's the type of guy that will use a dremel, haha. I unloaded my rear stock bumper just under a year ago, I eould have given it to him for free, shucks.

The left headlight and surrounding area is completey gone, the frame has been mangled and torn apart. The rest of the car is fine, the crumble zone didn't perform as it's name implies. The car is not totaled, it just needs some serious time and money put into it.
