Problems after Supercharger install

Got another call from Roush today. They're saying the tune is correct, and seem ready to attribute the problems to altitude. So I guess that's good news, plus they are trying to stay on top of things.

I will start another thread when I get some real driving time in the car. Hopefully I can get some 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. I can say the car is making tons of power, I find myself getting close to redline because it goes through the gears so fast.

Ok, not sure if it's possible, but is actually made things worse. Decided to be safe and try a set of 0 degree plugs from Ford. Now I'm throwing the following codes all related to the TPS:

P2112
P2110
P2107
P2104
P2100
P0223
P0122

The car is barely running.
