Default Problems after Supercharger install

Sorry to start a new thread, but I want some fresh eyes on my problem.
1. Installed. Roush TVS 2300 Phase 1 kit. Everything went smooth.
2. Car started right up
3. Misfires on test drive w/code P0303
4. Check plug, coil, etc. misfire seems to follow the plug
5. Put in new plug.
6. Same misfire problems.
7. Another new plug, same results.
8. Empty gas tank to verify it's not a gas problem. Refill with 92 octane.
9. Check, recheck, recheck for vacuum leaks.
10. Getting codes P0300, P316, P0100, and P1635

Car is running rough, idles rough, doesn't make nearly enough power. At first I figured for sure it was a spark plug problem. Then I figured for sure it was vacuum. Then I figured for sure it was fuel.

For the record, I'm sure it was something I did. Roush is trying there best to help me with this and has been ok.

If somebody can give me the answer I'll buy them a beer the next time I see them.

Where's your nearest authorized Roush dealer? Give one a call.

I've got a Roush supercharger on my car and have not had any problems. It runs as smooth as a stock engine. I'd guess you have some simple mistake... that's not too simple to find! Look for a simple mistake you made during the installation.

Yeah, I'm waiting for a return call from Roush. I agree, probably just something simple I did. Just have to find it.

Pulled the throttle body and air horn today, checked wiring to make sure it's correct.

Still CEL with codes P0303, P0304, P0316, P1000, P1635.

Ordered a new set of spark plugs this morning. Hopefully that will do it.

Maybe Roush will call tomorrow and know exactly what the problem is.

Got bored today, so I threw my stock spark plugs back in the car. Holy cow, what a night and day difference. The car runs unbelievable. Hopefully a new set will fix my problems.

Roush says they want to double check the tune, but for now, drive the car as is. The car is running great with 4 stock plugs and 4 HTO plugs. They say it will be 100% safe.
They are unsure of the root cause of the problems, could be elevation, fuel, etc. or maybe a combination of something. I'll drive the car for a while and see if any other problems arise.
