RE: October Voting!!
Thanks ROTM;
Timing wise... 14.1 is the best so far. (That was with a messed up locker... I was only spinning one wheel) I plan on dropping a detroit locker into her this winter to fix that. It'll be nice to actually hook up a little bit on the track with my street tires.
My immediate goal is to take out a stock LS1 at the track. A buddy of mine at work has one, and is always talking smack about it. Kind of shocked him that my "antique" car was almost as fast as his. (Will be faster next year!)
As for the drivetrain...
-A 345hp Ford Racing crate engine (I know, it's a crate... I've built my own many times before. I couldn't find a trustworthy shop in my area and after carefull price comparisons - the crate was a bargan)
-Edelbrock 600cfm carb (The brand new holley I have was leaking out of both shafts after only 6 months! Had to do something to keep the engine clean... Saving for a double pumper)
-Original C4 transmission with a 3,000rpm stall torque converter (mildly built)
-Original 9" with 3:25 gearing (fixing that this winter!)
I've had the car for 15 years... this is the second time thru for the drivetrain/mechanicals. First time for the body/paint. (Second time on the mechanicals because I drive the hell out of it!)
I've cranked on every single nut and bolt on the car. And I'm damn proud of it!

RE: October Voting!!
Ya clutch, I have to admit you have one sweet Stang, but I'm a V6 guy, so my vote goes to AutoBadges little Super Charged V6 racer, that thing is awesome and he did a great job on it! [sm=smiley20.gif]
