Default First Official Mod

I've had my 07 GT for just over a year and I finally grew tired of the wheel gap. This Friday is D-Day. Just got my new H&R springs delivered. I can't wait.

Funny, 100% German, let's not forget to include the American flag decal.

Well, it didn't happen. Before I had a chance to do the install, I wrecked in the rain. All by myself, that's what I get for not driving for conditions. No real body damage, but the entire rear needs replacing. Control arms, panhard bar, axel all bent. Front tie rod bent too. Not to mention the side air bag deployed and all that goes with it. Looking at upwards of $8000 so far in repairs. Should get a final number today. Good thing for insurance.

After three weeks and $11600 later, the car is like new. The rear suspension really is new. As soon as I got it back, the springs went in. What a difference. I love the springs. As much as it was lowered, I expected a pretty rough ride, but it's pretty nice. Other Mustangs I've owned, I've lowered less and the ride was rough. Couldn't be happier. I'll post some before and after pics soon.
