OE camber adjustability

OE camber adjustability
I've recently started running autocross events in my car. I was talking to some of the more established members in the region that also run S197 mustangs. I have a few quick questions. Car is a 2012 Base GT Manual. The ONLY option is the 3.73 rear end. I'm running in a stock street tire class. FS rules apply.
Some of the guys running 05-10 S197's said that with the OE strut mounts, struts, and spindles that you can dial in negative 2-2.5 degrees of camber. I guess the strut is slotted? I have a hard time believing this and was wondering before I jack the car up and take things apart. This is apparently without camber plats but nothing was said about camber bolts.
What are the stock sway bar sizes for front and rear in my configuration. I haven't been able to find that spec on the internets.

He is limited to the Ford camber bolts aand any tolerances in the bolt mounting holes and slotting the struts to get camber.

The person I was talking too spoke highly of Sam Strano. I believe his car is on the Strano website. I was told the struts are already slotted? It sounds like they do not come that way on base GT's. Not looking to do a Shelby conversion although I am well aware of the stock adjustability of those cars. A couple guys in the region did retrofits just for that reason.
If I can't get my negative camber... anybody have any idea on stock sway bar sizes? Wondering what the stock size was and judge where to go from there.
Thanks all.

On a related note, can anyone confirm the OEM camber bolt part number for the 2011+ models? The part number for 2005-2009s looks like it is 4R3Z-3B236-AB, but the Ford Parts website only lists 3B236 as a part number for 2011+ models.
