Aftermarket Rotors with stock brake calipers? Best brakes for 5.0?

It has 19x9.5 fronts according to http://media.ford.com/images/10031/2013_GT500_Specs.pdf
with 20x9.5 rears. pretty similar setup to mine wheel-wise. Not really looking to spend a ton currently but these would look great because of their size I bet.
My fronts are 19 x 9 so they are a half inch less wide, wonder if these would fit.
Ill look a bit more into brakeperformance site later

Since we are on the topic, which kind of rotors would be good for a '12 GT with Brembo Pkg? I do autocross, and some HPDEs. I noticed this past weekend at the autocross that the rear brakes were starting to smoke after a couple of runs. I was getting to the top end of 3rd during the runs too, so it wasn't the normal 60 mph or less course that they usually have setup.
One of the guys around here, who runs a ton of HPDEs in a Laguna, has replaced all 4 of his rotors, but I haven't been able to ask what he got (they are drilled and slotted).
I have HAWK HPS pads on them already (love them, and the second car that I have put them on). When I had the pads put on, I had them resurface the stock rotors, and the tech did mention that the rear was a bit warped (previous owner did a lot of drag racing as well).
