Ford K Springs and Tokico adjustible struts and shocks. The Tokicos can't really adjust well enough to control the springs. Its either too hard or too bouncy. Need to look at some Konis in the future.

STR-Ts and Steeda Boss springs, not recommended for a V-6 I don't think. The STR-Ts are great except the paint is not the best... chipping and rubbing off.

I've had the Koni yellows, Steeda HD upper strut mount, and Steeda Sport springs sitting in my garage for a while now. Going to install them myself a couple weekends from now, along with a bumpsteer kit. Shortly after that, I'm going to have a shop install some Steeda LCA's, relocation bracket, and maybe a new panhard bar. I've been told that the Steeda ultra light springs drop it less than the sport springs, so I almost wish I got those, but I'm sure I'll be happy.

I first ran tokico d-specs with FRPP springs and it dropped the car about 1.5" inches. The d-specs were either too hard or too soft when adjusting them, and I found myself having to re-adjust them on occasion (seems like they would get soft after a while)

Now I run FRPP K springs, koni sport-yellows with the maximum motorsports caster/camber plates. I also have the GT500 front control arms. The adjustment is much more controlling, and the car is solid. This is by far one of the best setups I have had, and I love the stance.

H&R SS with Eibach Pro Dampers.

Car handles like a go cart.

If you are looking for comfort - this is not it . . . . much more sport oriented.

Keep Em coming! Tell me what you like and dislike.. How user friendly are the Koni yellows when it comes to adjusting? Can I have the car low but still have similar comfort to stock, then re adjust them to sport? I guess it also depends on how low the spring/spring rate. Seems as though the strut mounts are essential. I'd like to consider the white line bushings.

Koni Sport, stock springs. The Konis are the easiest to adjust from soft to firm. Just use the tool (****) that comes with Koni and turn it at the top from soft to firm.
