Default GT500 COBRA GUYS

I wanted a street car but a road course car also for fun. With the mod's we did the car has worked perfect except we couldn't find wheels to fit the off set. Found them and they are great. 7mm of clearance between the caliper and sharp. CT-R 18X10 18X9 with 305/35/18 and 295/35/18. Found the caps at Ford racing at a good price. Just changed the blower pulley to 2 3/4 and the tune and went to VP106 Fuel to run on a 1/8 mile track Sunday for fun. It's a benefit.

Car is running 810 RWHP with the KB race tune installed and about 780on the street tune on 93-96 octaine.

Having a new clutch system put in right now along with axles to handle up to 1000RWHP.

HOPE THIS HELP SOME

Awesome, ground stomper of a car, I love it. Power is everything

Lose the #6 and COBRA off the front Bumper though.

Thanks
Yep with the larger brakes no problems. I couldn't believe it but they fit perfect. I will post some shots on the trailer and at the strip. I really like the tires and the wheels. Like I said I'm not a rep but the quality is great and the fact the center cap fits is killer.

I will post on here first but I have a lot of great parts like tires and wheel set for the 500 with great tires. Blower off of the car the Steeda intake SHM pulley kit installed on blower.GT 500 exhaust stock. Great mufflers and X pipe. Will try to helps some people out who need some parts.

Putting the wheels on the car Sat. You want a pic of the center cap on the wheel or a pic of both on the car? Can get you one on the wheel now.

I would buy them. Got the tires and wheels on today along with the new KB tune. This thing in my opinion is wild. Like being shot out of a guy.
The guy putting this thing together is a 20 year racer so we went for a ride after it was done. He races a 560ci. blown car and said this car is crazy sick. It will break the 305 tires loose at 85mph. Real want to see Sunday what it does at the track. Never raced 1/8 mile only road courses.

I will post the numbers.

Had never been to the track so we went to an 1/8 mile.Only road courses.Learned alot. Took some advice from the racers but in the end really didn't apply to me. My first pass was a 1/2 track burn out. Took off in second and hit 3rd and still spinning. Got the name now of John Force for peddling the car at 1/2 track. These guys are running 450-500rwhp which sucks for me b/c the track can't hold 800rwhp very well. They hooked up. My fastest time still spinning was 7.80 at 113mphin the 1/8 mile.I had switched to the KB race tune on 106 octaine fuel. Car has 3,000 mile on it and it got it's second new clutch on friday then at the track when it did get ithooked up in 3rd took the clutch and trans out on Sunday. Ford backs these cars. It's covered under warranty.

Had a blast though and wil be back up running by Friday.
Pic of wheels on car.

Got to run against my buddies Foose one round in test and tune. All the smoke you see is from the 500 the wind actually blew it over by him and made for a good photo. Run 97.8mph this pass to his 77.5mph. It didn't matter any way once you brake into the 7's you have to have a roll cage so I would have had to stop running.

All in fun.
