Default Xcal 3 tuner...to sell or not to sell

Here's my dilemna...do I sell it or not? I've got tunes for life from Bama/AM but I think they charge $100 or $150 for me to transfer the tuner to another car. Right now, Im so happy with the power and balance of this car, that I think modding it will ruin that and then I won't be as happy with the GT500.

I'm thinking of holding onto the tuner for 6 months or so and then maybe selling it, but Im leaning just towards selling it. Would it be worth it to pay the transfer fee and just see what their tunes could do on an otherwise stock 07 GT500? I have my doubts that it would do anything.

A tune on an otherwise stock gt500 does plenty... But it really depends what you want... Hang onto it for now... Even if your satisfied with the power now .. What if you want more down the road...having the tuner saves ya dough

I'm thinking about getting a tuner, let me know what you decide.

I agree...tuning and a CAI will do a lot...add a 2.6 pulley change and really wake it up! but remember...once you step into the modding darkside..there is no coming back!! LOL

Yeah I modded the heck out of my 06 and 10 and while it was all good, not sure I want to go down the long dark expensive path again

Yeah it all starts with just a cai and tune... Then your changing pullies to get to 550 Rwhp... Next thing u know your changing suspensions , superchargers .. And driving your daily driver with over 750hp.... When will the madness end :-D
