JLT Cold Air Intake 123mm Plastic vs. 127mm Carbon Fiber. Any real difference?

Just found this article about 113mm vs. 123mm vs. 127mm CAI
According to the article, the 123mm makes lots more TQ and more HP all the way to 5,000rpms, from 5,000-6,000rpms, the 127mm takes off.
Personally, I'd rather have the power down low. More useable.

I'm getting this along with my Stage II package.
I was told the same thing.
No difference. 1-2 HP IF lucky but probably none, and perhaps a LOSS (read next paragraph).
Who does the tune will make more difference than that.
BTW... I've read an article or two where the bigger intake actually caused a drop in power because it was too much for a GT500 without some pretty good mods to make it need the extra air circling around. One article had to add a new throttle body along with it's new upgraded supercharger because without the TB it dropped in power even with a big SC upgrade.
