I just thought I'd make a post to vent my anger on saleen's customer service. I have ordered an extra set of their polymer pedals three times now. I have called direct each time, a month after I ordered them the first time I called back and they said they had no record of my order. So I reordered them, a month later....same story. Okay so now its been another month, and this time they deducted the money from my credit card, i'm startin to get pissed off. If I don't get better service I'm gonna drive down to california and beat the **** outta steve myself[:@]. I love their cars but hate their service. okay I'm done .

If you do ... maybe the customer service wil improve. SALEEN Customer service is legendary ..... in a bad way. [:'(]

i called saleen to see when they were sending my supercharger, they said three day. I tore apart my motor to get ready for the s/c 16 weeks later my s/c showed up. How ****ed up is that. Every time i called they said next week...next week and so on. So my car sat forever.... Yea they blow. ALot..
