This is Jorge from Saleen Techline. The reason your program got wiped out twice is that the technician tried to go into the PCM with the Ford IDS scan tool and over rode our program. That's the reason I went there in person to take care of it, so it wouldn't happen a third time.

Thanks Jorge !! Im glad you were there to take careofthat problem. The dealer told meyour shop was closed andwasn't sure what to do next. I was cussin up a storm till he called back and said you were still there and could take care of it.I hope you informed the dealer tech so he does'nt do it again. Any idea why or what caused the problem in the first place ? Not that I would understand,just curious. And thanksalso for taking care of the other problems. Thanks again Jorge. Kent.
