Default Lots of White Smoke

During a evening drive I was pushing the car and all of a sudden the car starts shooting lots of white smoke from all four tail pipes. I drove th ecar home and popped the hood. Everything looks normal and the only thing I can find unusual is oil in my exhaust. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yikes! This is not good. I'd start taking out sparkplugs and look for an oily one.

White smoke can mean a blown head gasket. Check your coolant for oil and/or it's level.

I don't have an extension long enough to get to the spark plugs. I will picko ne up right now and check the spark plugs one by one.

Oh Boy, sounds like a valve spring/retainer broke & dropped a valve. Very Very careful on plug removal! Motorcraft 2 peice plugs separate easily. Ford has a TSB on this. 5.4 & 4.6 3v plugs separate & break off inside the head. Ford makes a removal tool for this. Class action lawsuit down the road for sure.

Thanks for bearing with me guys. First off I upgraded the spark plugs to ford racing autolite spark plugs. Took all eight of them out and two of them had oil and six of them are blown. Two of them are still in tact but badly burned. I'm surprised the car even made it home. Is it safe to say I have two blown head gaskets? How much work is involved replacing them and how could this happen.

Oil level looks good and didn't see anything on the dip stick. Checked the coolant and its a tad low from the full line, but just barely bellow the top line.
