Mustang Dyno or DynoJet? For some reason (I'm not a dyno expert thus don't know why) Mustang Dyno's tend to read considerably lower than DynoJets. As polk said, what was the baseline using the same dyno - hopefully they did that, didn't they

So I went to tune my 00 supercharged saleen after adding the following:
-In fender air filter
-Chicane RIPP inlet
-Lightning 90MAF
-75mm TB
-42lb injectors
-TR55 NGK plugs gapped at .045
-intercooler modification to seal the gaps
-Chicane 66mm supercharger pulley
-Mac Pro-chambers
-3.73 gears
-LPF heat exchanger
-LPF tank
-Focus fuel pump
All that got me a whopping 294hp and about 335ft/lbs torque at the wheels. All this with 8lbs of boost. Is it because I have a Series I saleen supercharger? I would of expected at least 340 to 360 rwhp. Any suggestions?

check the tune....or better yet....go to a more reputable tuner!
Are you by any chance using a diablosport predator to tune instead of SCT?

Evil,
Yeah I'm using the SCT X3. I went to Racers Edge Tuning because it was recommended to
me by Joe at Chicane. I'm gonna start with the basics like fuel filter and changing the gap to
.032-.035. I can't see me getting at least 65-70hp from that but its a start.

post the dyno sheet and that will help.

P/P heads,and the works. A Whipple 2.3 sit's atop this potent(and expensive) engine.

numbers after the fix?

WTF
I did in fact take my car to a second tuner. He could not do any better than my
original tuner. So, that's all she wrote. My " FIX " was a $10,000.00 Completely built
Stroker 32v with a Whipple 2.3 . Hoping for better than 300RWHP...
My original numbers were off a Mustang Dyno 16* timing, 11.6 A/F reading with an outside
air temp of 70*, 2300ft above sea level. Perfect conditions for this.

Ok, did a little homework on the 00 Saleen. They stated back then it came with 350HP. How many miles on your engine? If the engine is in good condition, then it has to be in the tuning / mapping. Even without putting it on the dyno again to tune it, you want to see the temperatures, AFR and timing. This would give you a good indication of what is going on. Can you do that while driving around? You wouldn't even have to redline it, just under load at the lower RPMs would be a good start.
Does anyone have any info on another Saleen with some mods and how much power it made? I have dyno records of mine, but it's an 07 4.6L with a Magnacharger, Bassani Headers / Exhaust and that's it. It might be comparing apples and oranges...
