some people may have purchased upgraded gen 1 units rather then the gen 2 units, i myself was told i was given a gen 2 when it turns out it is actually an updated gen 1
unit, and this is after this vender posted a year earlier he only stocked the new gen 2. there is a big difference, gen 1 used a softer bushing and had arms that measured 16.3 inches gen 2 had harder bushing and the arms measured 17.5 , what got me investagating this issue was i noticed very little difference in handeling and my rear would be off center either left or right on level ground, for all of you who have purchased a watts link and been told it was a gen 2 measure your arms if there 16.3 you have an updated gen 1 which means you just have the added brace, some venders may have made a mistake and im sure will supply you with the correct gen 2 arms if this was your situation, i can tell you there is a huge difference in the handeling between the two.
