Default exhaust? which one to go with

I'm growing increasingly tired of that annoying rattle coming from my exhaust, i don't feel like plugging the line with a golf tee, and I would like a deeper, more badass exhaust note anyways. SO the question is what direction should i go in? I definitely want to keep the stock saleen tips, I want to completely eliminate the rattle, and have a more badass sound, AND i dont want to break the bank. Suggestions?

I checked at a local performance shop here in Tampa about putting a mid pipe on mine and possibly headers and what they reccomended was BBK. They said they have had good luck with them and are good quality and i know that they are not relatively expensive(compared with Bassani, etc.) And they said they have pretty good power increases with a BBK x pipe with BBK long tubes.

No offense, but if that's what they told you then they have no idea what they are talking about. Headers and midpipes are a "you get what you pay for" deal. That includes quality and ease of installation. It's also gonna factor weather you will end up having to replace it down the line cause the quality was subpar.

If you are serious about spending money on headers or midpipes the only 2 options in my book are Kooks or American Racing Headers.

As far as the standard cat back exhaust goes, your gonna spend alot of money and be really dissapointed in what you get considering that new mufflers would have to be custom welded in to keep that set up. Your best bet is to either see if you can find a newer configuation saleen set up cheap on ebay or something, or just weld your flanges shut.
