295 Tires on Stock Suspension?
Anyone here run 295 width tires on the stock S281 (2005-2009) suspension? I've got stock 275/40-20 Dunlops on the rear and want to install 295/35-20 Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
I know we need an adjustable panhard bar or watts link setup to fit 305 width tires without rubbing. I'm curious if 295 width tires are ok without an adjustable panhard bar or watts link setup.

ran 295/35/18's on my 07 & currently running 295/30/20's on my 12 with no issues...you'll be fine.
I've not seen many clearance issues unless the car is slammed or you're stupid enough to lower it and run 55's all the way around

Just remember sizes vary by brand...some run narrow (like Nitto) and some run wide (like BF Goodrich). If you are getting into tight space issue one of the narrower brands might fit where a wider one won't.
That being said, look at what will physically fit where you want. A 295 BFG will be physically wider than a 305 Nitto.
