gear install arlington TX

Be careful picking a shop to install gears. Ive had 2 sets installed at gearheads in Arlington TX adn both whine. Ive paid for both installs and the shop owner told me all preformance gears whine. He's refusing to refund or do anything. needless to say i puchased the 8.8 rearend. so Im out about $1200 not counting the new rear end.

Two of my buddies have had gear installs at Gearheads and both were very happy with the price and quality of work.

What brand did you get? Not all brands are created equal...

Got mine done there. Had insane whine a month later, turns out it was my bearings. He didn't charge me for labor,only parts. Ever since them, absolutely flawless.

There is a $50 fee to join... so for about $85 you get to be a part of the best mustang club in the DFW and also see what your car is putting to the wheels.
