How did you arrive at that compression ratio with a flat top piston?
Is the cam HR or SMR?

Considering that my engine combo has heads that flow about the same, lot smaller cam and same top end in a 2900# car on 10X28's at an air density of 3400'+ runs 10.80s at 126 I'd think that yours should go no slower than 10.50's in the air I know you can have in Houston.
If it's slower that that send it back to the builders,lol.............
