Default Grand National Kill!

Ok, so I'm driving down the road a little while ago and I see a nice looking black buick in front of me. I get a little closer and see the "got boost" third brake light. I figure this guy wants to play so I catch up to him. Finally we caught a light but unfortunately I couldn't get around the service truck next to me to line up with him. So I just line up behind the buick. The light turns green and we both roll through the intersection to get away from the old man in his truck and as soon as I see the window I hammer it and go around him. I Got a little air so it was a little sketchy going around him like that but oh well. I just stayed on it and she straightened out and I ripped past him and put about 4-5 car lengths on him by the time I swifted into third. It was a good times. I slowed down and turned and he gave me the thumbs up as he drove past.

Oh and for the flamers I forgot to mention this was on my 06 600RR..

Honestly I dont think he was racing. I understand you were on your bike but in 1 gear to pull that much I say he didnt go. When I was reading the post and you said you got air I was like WTF does this guy have a drag car or what?

That was the point of this post. I just wrote it that way to mess with you guys. Sorry I was bored at work. Yeah he was racing. I heard that turbo spooling plenty. I was already in the power band (8k out of 15krpms) so it's not that hard to believe plus I said by the end of second which is over 90mph.

Maybe I extragerated on the length. It's kinda hard to judge car lengths on a bike. He was a ways back though.

You almost never see those cars on the street.
In stock form they're not that fast, high 13s at about 100. Pretty damn quick for the mid 1980s though. And being factory turbo cars they can easily be modded for a lot more power.

I agree, they are very sick cars and you don't see them every day. It's one of those cars that doesn't have to be the fastest thing on the street, it's just cool as it is. I have no cool what he had done to it. Sounded/looked like exhaust and that turbo was sure screaming.
