Default just ran an ls1

hey guys i have an 02 GT just the basic bolt ons and i ran a trans amm wit wit and intake and cat back.. i lost by 2 , 2 and a half cars what u guys think of that , is that really bad or pretty good thanks.

Thats not too bad, but we need more of what your mods are, not just saying "basic bolt-ons". A well driven LS1 Trans Am runs low 13's, the pi-2v's usually run low 14's stock. Either the LS1 driver wasnt that great, or your really good and have all the basic bolt-ons.

i have an bbk intake , bbk throttle body,diablo tune, mac cat less H pipe wit a mac cat back , and a shifter.

With those mods, your probably putting down 245-250 to the wheels, which should put you into the high 13's if your a good driver.

like i was thinking i just lost to a car that does low 13's by alittle more then to cars i think thats pretty dam good , but i still feel like bad that i lost but ima put some 3.73 in and some cams and run him again. i was thinking comp cams stage 2 do they put out good hp ?

If you get gears, get 4.10's, you wont regret it. Cams give a pretty good increase, but I'm not the one you need to be asking that question too. Talk with Code3gt or 2000GT4.6, they both have cams I believe and are pretty knowledgable with them.
