Goodbye to the Terminator

I haven't posted in this section for ages.
Congratulations on your new car. Sounds like a beauty. I went through the thread and read all the posts...were you suprised you wanted to go back to faster cars(well I'm sure that 13 shelby is comfortable and luxurious anyways) after making that transition to the fusion?
I actually do remember your username. Your signature used to be a photo of the rear of a redfire 03 cobra, right? haha
It just hit me..I miss this forum and section O_O

Eazy Duz it.. it sure was.
I am not surprised whatsoever, actually I bought my Mach 1 about 14 months after I bought the Fusion - when I saw my 2003 drive by me while I was on the road... that was it... I figure might as well submit to the mustang ... it owns me lol

Sh*t happens man.. sometimes we got to move on. I remember swearing up and down that I gave up racing when I bought mu 09 Charger. I fiddled with it and when it dipped into the 12's with next to nothing I was hooked once again! Doh! A few grand later, it hit low 12's but I missed the comfort and technology of the newer models so I got a new one and also swore up and down I wouldn't race it. Low and behold, history repeats itself. I actually test drove a Fushion not too long ago, not sure which model it was but it was pretty zippy and had a nice intake note at WOT.. not bad at all

haha yeah.. I figured I might as well keep the Shelby and just get a daily... maybe a truck or a SUV... I was trying to convince my wife to let me buy a Lightning for my daily driver, lol - that didn't quite work out... if I could afford a Raptor I think she'd actually let me though, lol

Well, an update....
I had my embarressment of a track run last night, lol
My best run was my first one.. complete with a 2.6 60ft... running a 13 flat at 114.8mph.... by the time I was able to get my 60ft down to the 2.20xx range, the car felt like it was pulling timing due to heatsoak and ran a fabulous 14.xx trapping under 100mph.
I am now ready for my D/R and Kenne Bell, lol
...worst part about it was having a slower time than my buddies/co-workers intake/tune '14 GT because I couldn't get out of the box... but I did trap higher.. too bad he doesn't know enough to realize the significance of trap speed... lol

With the E85 injectors; can you run normal fuel with the tune?
We don't have many e85 pumps here.. One of the reasons I haven't done it, as well as, not wanting the crazy power. Perhaps after.. All I'd need is a retune -
