Go buy one, or pull a few of his spark plug wires. I ran this weekend with one and knew the guy, he has an LS1 in his goat, with a heads/cam/intake swap and ran 12.2 all motor, then 10.9 after a 150 shot. Quick easy and hes running badass times! But im 50% chevy myself. Just watchout, he can make that car a real beast, real quick! -Jon

oh and 99, he is not screwed without f/i. An exhaust/geared ls1 will be mid 12's at best on a street tires. lots of people have done that in bolt on 3v's.

Have you raced him yet? I think you'll be suprised of the outcome. F-bodies and ls2 GTO's are overrated imo. I've heard of 12 second timeslips from both bone stock (magazines), but never seen it. The fastest lightly modded GTO i've seen went 13.6@104. This was on a night i went 13.4@105 with nothing but a 93 sct tune. For sure the ls1 f-bodies are slower.

stang910 gtfo you obviously dont know anything about these cars...my buddy scott ran 12.02 with a mild cam and gears in his ls1 fbody, 11.36 with a 150 shot

yes car is so ugly right?, and I painted the wheels just have no new pictures up yet lol.
Granted I miss my mustang it would never have been the car this one is without ripping into the motor and doing h/c or f/i.
